What is your return window?
Unopened and unused items can be returned within 30 days of delivery.
Can I return opened cosmetics?
Due to hygiene and safety regulations, opened or used cosmetics are not returnable.
My order arrived damaged or incorrect—what do I do?
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue and your order number. We’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund.
How do I start a return?
Email support@voguealuxecosmetics.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll share the return instructions after approval.
Who pays for return shipping?
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item).
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of us receiving the return.
Are shipping fees refundable?
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
