Returns & Refunds

We stand behind the quality of VOUGEA Luxe Cosmetics. Many formulas are clean and cruelty-free; not all products are vegan. Please check each product page for badges and ingredient details.

Return Eligibility

  • Unopened & unused items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund.
  • For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used cosmetics are not returnable.
  • Final sale: sale/clearance items, gift cards, and promotional bundles (unless required by law).

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email info@vougea.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We’ll send a replacement or issue a refund.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email info@vougea.com with your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return.
  2. Once approved, we’ll send return instructions (and a label if the return is due to our error).
  3. Ship the items back using the provided instructions.
  4. After inspection, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Costs & Timing

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
  • Bank/issuer processing times may add 3–10 business days after we issue the refund.

Exchanges

For the fastest exchange, place a new order and return the original (if eligible). Store credit can be arranged on request.

International Orders

Duties/taxes paid to carriers or customs are non-refundable. We do not provide international return labels unless the return is due to our error.

Undeliverable or Refused Packages

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable/refused, we can reship (additional postage applies) or refund minus shipping once received back in good condition.
