Shipping & Returns Policy

Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Domestic Shipping (U.S.): Standard shipping takes 3–7 business days after dispatch. Expedited options available at checkout.
International Shipping: We ship worldwide. Delivery times vary between 7–21 business days depending on customs and location.
Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

Note: VOUGEA Luxe is not responsible for customs fees, duties, or delays once packages enter your country.

Eligibility: We accept returns on unopened, unused products within 30 days of delivery.
Non-Returnable Items: Due to hygiene and safety, opened or used cosmetics cannot be returned.
Refunds: Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after inspection.
Damaged or Incorrect Items: Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@vougea.com with photos, and we’ll resolve it quickly.
