Processing Time
Orders typically process in 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays).

Shipping & Rates

  • Free shipping on orders over $60 (US).

  • Real-time rates shown at checkout for other orders and destinations.

Tracking
You’ll receive a tracking email once your order ships. It can take 24–48 hours to update.

Delivery Issues
If your order is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, email info@vougea.com with your order number and photos (for damage).

Restrictions
We do not ship hazardous items to restricted locations. Some carriers may not deliver to PO Boxes.

RETURNS & REFUNDS 

At VOUGEA Luxe Cosmetics, we stand behind the quality of our formulations. Many products are vegan, but not all, and this is clearly labeled on each product page. All products are GMO-free.

Refund Eligibility

  • Unopened & Unused Products: Eligible for a refund within 30 days of delivery.

  • Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used cosmetics can’t be returned.

  • Damaged or Incorrect Orders: If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund.

  • Vegan Label Note: If an item was mis-labeled as vegan on our site, email us within 48 hours so we can make it right.

  2. Once approved, we’ll send return instructions.

  3. Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive your return.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
