Are VOUGEA products vegan?
Many are, but not all. Vegan items are labeled on their product pages. When a product isn’t vegan, we call out any animal-derived ingredients.

Are VOUGEA products cruelty-free?
Some products are cruelty-free, but not all. The status is shown on each product page. If you prefer cruelty-free only, look for the badge before adding to cart.

How can I shop only vegan or cruelty-free?
Use the badges on each PDP and (if available) the collection filters. If you’re unsure, email info@vougea.com with the product link

Where can I view full ingredients?
On each product page under Ingredients. We list complete INCI names.

What if I think a product was mislabeled?
Tell us within 48 hours of delivery at support@vougea.com with your order number and a screenshot—we’ll fix it.

What is your return window?
Unopened and unused items can be returned within 30 days of delivery.
Can I return opened cosmetics?
Due to hygiene and safety regulations, opened or used cosmetics are not returnable.
My order arrived damaged or incorrect—what do I do?
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue and your order number. We’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund.
How do I start a return?
Email support@voguealuxecosmetics.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll share the return instructions after approval.
Who pays for return shipping?
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item).
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of us receiving the return.
Are shipping fees refundable?
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
